Delivery Charges and Times
BanglaPets delivers across Bangladesh.

| Outside Dhaka city | ৳130 | 2–3 days |
The ৳80 rate applies to Dhaka city only. Areas outside the city, including Savar and Keraniganj, fall under the ৳130 rate.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, weather or other disruptions. Cash on Delivery is available.
Check Before Accepting Delivery
Please inspect your products in the delivery person’s presence before accepting delivery. Check that the items match your order and look for visible damage or missing products.
If you wish to return a product, inform the delivery person and contact BanglaPets immediately. Hand the product back before accepting delivery and before the delivery person leaves.
Courier Charges for Returns
If the correct, undamaged product is delivered but you choose to return it, you must pay the delivery charge: ৳80 inside Dhaka city or ৳130 outside Dhaka city.
If we deliver an incorrect, broken or damaged product, BanglaPets will cover the delivery and return courier charges. You will not be responsible for these costs.
After Acceptance
Our standard return facility is available at delivery only. We do not accept change-of-mind returns after you have accepted the products.
If you discover a defect or another order issue later, contact us with your order details and supporting photos. This policy does not limit any rights or remedies available under applicable consumer law.
